Last night when i turned off my pc it was doing well but when i started it today it is not working?

i always leave my power supply and ups on and never had a problem. try and use a different power supply. those can be picked up @ best buy, staples, or local computer store fairly cheap. if thats not the problem i would say your main board took a dump on you.
