Why do areas of the country run by liberals have high unemployment, really bad schools, and high crime.?

cant prove your inference but will say that wealthier communities obviously don't share these problems regardless of the administration's party affiliation and on a test I would cite local economics as a function of crime, unemployment, bad schools( these all go hand in hand) rather than political party of the mayor.
